As an organization, we believe that mind empowerment and shift will play a pivotal role in the fulfillment of our goals and objectives. Various leadership training for different cadre of leaders will be pursued with all vigor to help impart the right leadership values that will ultimately transform leadership at the market place and government levels.
Having trained and enlightened men, the next step will be to empower these leaders with the right tools to help them actualize their leadership goals. A lot of people are stranded today in going a step further in their leadership aspiration because they lack the means. Some of our environment tools will be monetary, material, leadership training scholarships, exhibitions, etc.
This organization will provide unusual opportunities to would-be leaders to be directly mentored by relevant and recognized leader in their chosen field of pursuit. Also a networking platform will be created through the leadership club to avail all leaders a chance to bond for a common good of harnessing and advancing the fortunes of this great nation. Special retreats and leadership programs will be help in a camping arrangement to further impact leadership values for true and lasting social impact. Mentors and protégés will have opportunities to relate where we share secrets that will help transform this country and make impact in our various field.
Impact Your World Leadership Initiative will champion any leadership cause that will promote ethically driven governance at all sphere of leadership in our nation. We will gibe and partner with government, organizations, institutions and individuals to raise the leadership standard that will supremely transform out nation.

Impact leadership academy was a solution to one of my challenges as a chapter president. For some reasons, my executives did not know so much about ILC, motivating them to an acceptable level was a big issue to me; this also affected our activities as a chapter. But right there in the conference they caught that fire I had always desired in them. It was also an avenue for us to bond better. Not only are they fully motivated now, they have become proactive too, I pray it continues.

My experience in ILA season II is something that I really express exquisitely with all the English words in my vocabulary. It changed my psyche, personal nature, in fact my whole being. It was exciting, intriguing, inspiring, tasking, fun, educating, fascinating, interesting and the adjectives continue on and on. I stepped into theILA house “empty” and came out “filled” and “fired up for change”. In all, if am to express my experience in ILA using a sentence, I will say it was indeed a life changing experience (as the Facilitators had prophesied). I felt God’s presence in the form of “Love” from my first day through to the last day of departure from the Academy venue.
