She is the Managing Director/CEO of Tentol Consulting Limited, a Vehicle Leasing and Logistics Company, multifaceted in its operations with extended capabilities. She is Chartered Secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator, UK, an administrator by all standards with experience spanning over eighteen (18) years in the multinational organizations.
Olayinka started her working career with Crown Agents International in 1991 and her involvement with International Organizations gave her opportunity to seek a more challenging environment in the multinationals. As a result, she joined a Nigerian subsidiary of Pepsico International in Somers, New York in 1993. The success of her managerial abilities allowed her to pursue a more rewarding career with the European Union (delegation of the European Communities in Nigeria) in 1994. She was Executive Coordinator to the Delegate and the various Heads of Delegation in Nigeria. She again climbed the professional ladder, this time joining Esso Exploration and Production Limited (now merged with Mobil Producing to become ExxonMobil Limited) working as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director in 2000 where she played a relevant role in the acquisition process of Esso. This position she held up until 2004 when she vied boldly to trade her skills in becoming a successful Entrepreneur.
Olayinka has successfully pioneered the growth of Tentol from only two vehicles with Virgin Nigeria in 2004 to 45 vehicles in 2011. This success led to the birthing of Stargate Facility Management Company in 2008 which provides cleaning and maintenance services for individuals and corporate organizations. She acquired a Diploma in International Etiquette and Protocol (International Savior Vivre) from the prestigious Institut Villa Pierrefeu in Montreux, Switzerland in 2009. Extensive worldwide travels has exposed and enabled her to enhance her cross-cultural awareness and people management skills which she hopes to bring to bear in the realization of the vision of Impact Your World Leadership Initiative.
She is the Vice President of Impact Your World with an undiluted passion to see the fortunes of this great country turn around under the management of a new and godly hierarchy of leaders. Olayinka is motivated to see other people around her excel and succeed. When not doing business, Olayinka loves expressing her belief system in God, cooking international cuisine, entertaining, interior designing and reading.
