PASTOR PAUL ADEFARASIN

Born in 1963, Paul Adefarasin is a scion of The Adefarasin family. He attended St Saviour’s School Ikoyi for his primary education, Igbobi College, Yaba and later a Public School in England, Haileybury College, Hertfordshire, for his secondary education. He holds a Professional Bachelors degree in Architecture from the University of Miami in Florida, where he obtained his tertiary education. He practiced as an Architect with Baldwin, Sackman & Carrington Architects, also in Florida.

Paul Adefarasin also holds a Diploma in Christian Ministry from the International Bible Institute of London. After initial volunteer service as a Youth Pastor in the United States, he received his first pastorate at the Action Chapel, London.

In 1994, he returned to Lagos and founded the House On The Rock and the Rock Foundation, a ministry with over 60 daughter churches in Europe and Africa. TheHouse On The Rock in conjunction with the Rock Foundation through their various social service ministries are humanitarianly engaged in the rehabilitation and empowerment of ex convicts, urban miscreants, prostitutes, drug addicts and the like through her Urban Alternative Outreaches.

Bridge builder and visionary, Paul Adefarasin’s ministry uniquely promotes reconciliation, redemption and reformation cutting across denominational and social divides. His capacity to teach, speak and preach from both a philosophical and theological platform has strengthened and encouraged people across the globe.

Author and Administrator, he employs his aptitude in various ways giving the contemporary church 21stcentury relevance. He is the lead role; the voice of God in the Hollywood acclaimed Bible Experience, the largest selling audio book in world history. As a broadcaster, his television broadcast, “Something Is About To Happen” is a favourite at home and abroad. He is the host of “The Experience”, the largest musical event in Africaand largest ever gospel musical event in the history of the world. He is also a conference speaker in great demand around the globe.

Paul Adefarasin presently serves in several capacities in the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) and currently chairs its National Youth.

Happily married to Ifeanyi, his wife, who also co-pastors with him. They live in Lagos with their 3 lovely children, Hilda Adebola, Alvin Adegboyega and Alexander Adekunle.
