Having trained and enlightened men, the next step will be to empower these leaders with the right tools to help them actualize their leadership goals. A lot of people are stranded today in going a step further in their leadership aspiration because they lack the means. Some of our environment tools will be monetary, material, leadership training scholarships, exhibitions, etc.
