Having acquired what it takes to develop team-spirit through ILA, I was able to coordinate and restore unity in a team of disgruntled members as a result of the embezzlement of the platoon’s funds by the platoon leader. Though aggrieved, I was able to convince them to attend to our allotted duties despite all odds; little did I know I was being observed by an NYSC official.
