Aina Olayinka (a.k.a Sola) is a Mining Engineer by profession with over 20 years in Oil & Gas Industry in Project Management, Construction Management and Quality Management. He is equally an MBA holder from Business School, Netherlands. He has executed many projects in Nigerian Oil and Gas industry and is a recipient of many awards including the most outstanding resource personnel on multi-million dollar FYIP project among others.

Engr. Sola is a Chartered Quality Professional, Registered Consultant as a Quality Professional, Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers and many other professional bodies within and outside Nigeria. He is the immediate past President of DeltaAfrik Toastmasters Club. He is presently the Business Development Manager – Hydrocarbons in DeltaAfrik Engineering. He is passionate about Charity, Leadership and Coaching young Nigerians. He is happily married with three adorable children.
